Why “Lead Me On?”

Because the leadership prepares for the future in the present, “lead me on!”

Because leadership is 40% skills, 20% vision, 40% seduction, “lead me on.”

Because leadership initiatives don’t always succeed, and then we feel betrayed, “lead me on.”

Because we learn as we lead, and lead as we learn, “lead me on.”

Because we must go on anyway, “lead me on.”

Because hope returns, “lead me on.”
