Next week, I’ll be presenting at the International Leadership Association (ILA) Conference in Montreal, sharing a new training exercise that integrates values-based authenticity with Shapeshifter Leadership development! It’s definitely time for the Shapeshifter-with-integrity to rise up and claim its space in our leadership archetypes and stories. Innovation, out-of-the-box thinking and new ways of knowing ourselves and our organizations are a key to survival now! Survival and innovation are the Shapeshifter’s specialty, made sustainable and healthy by attention to our deepest values and (genuinely) best leadership practices. If you’re there at the ILA, let’s find each other!
The panel will include some of the contributors from the groundbreaking BK book, The Transforming Leader: New Approaches for Leadership for the Twenty-First Century. My editor and colleague, Carol Pearson, will moderate the panel. If you’re there, please come!
I’m proud to be discussing leadership and transformation with:
Zachary Gabriel Green, Department of Leadership, SOLES, University of San Diego
Kathleen E. Allen, Allen and Associates
Barbara C. Mossberg, Department of Integrated Studies, California State University Monterey Bay
Éliane Ubalijoro, Institute for the Study of International Development, McGill University
You can find us in Kamouraska 1+ 2 on Friday, Nov. 1, 10:30 – 11:45!
